• 4 <br /> ORDINANCA NO. 1.669 <br /> An ordinance providing for the purchase frog the Averett <br /> Improvement Company of lots twenty-two (22) and twenty-three (23) <br /> of block three hundred seventy-two (372) of the plat of Averett, <br /> in the city of Averett, Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> WHARAAS, The Everett Improvement Company has agreed to <br /> sell to the city of Averett lots twenty-two (22) and twenty-three <br /> (23) in block three hundred seventy-two (372) , Plat of Averett, for <br /> the sum of nine hundred forty-five and sixty-nine hundredths <br /> (945.69) dollars , and <br /> WHr RAAS, Said property is necessary for the use of the <br /> Fire Department, and the city council of said city believes it to be <br /> to the best interests of said city to purchase said lots , <br /> NOW THARAFORA, THA CITY OF AVARATT DO.S ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the city of Averett purchase from the <br /> Averett Improvement Company, a corporation, lots twenty-two (22) and <br /> twenty-three (23) in block three hundred seventy-two (372) , Plat of <br /> Averett, Snohomish County, Washington, for the sum of nine hundred <br /> forty-five and sixty-nine hundredths ($945.69) dollars, <br /> Section 2: Said purchase price to be paid on or before <br /> the first day of September, 1915. <br /> Section 3: That the mayor and city clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby authorized to issue a warrant to the Averett improvement <br /> Company in the sum of nine hundred forty-five and sixty-nine hund- <br /> redths (4945.69) dollars in payment for said lots, upon said company <br /> conveying the said lots to said city, free from encumbrances, by <br /> warranty deed. <br /> Paased <br /> AUG 1 99�5 AaYor. <br /> Attest e2 cam_ >� <br /> Published AUG ): 1915 <br />
