The general location of the site is
shown on Plate 1 — Vicinity Map. The purpose of this study is to characterize the subsurface
conditions of the site, evaluate feasibility of onsite stormwater disposal, and provide geotechnical
recommendations for onsite stormwater disposal (if feasible), grading, erosion mitigation, surface
and ground water drainage control, and foundation design and construction for the proposed
duplex buildings. Presented in this report are our findings, conclusions and geotechnical
recommendations.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For our use in this study, you provided us with a copy of the topographic survey and plot plan of
the subject site. We understand the proposed two duplex buildings will both be above -grade,
wood -framed structures, supported on. perimeter concrete foundation walls and interior bearing
wall and columns. The duplex buildings are to be accessed via a paved driveway along the north
19213 Kenlake Place NE - Kenmore, Washington 98028
Phone (425) 483-9134 - Fax (425) 486-2746
0
