Inspection On Permit Issuance 3% (.03%) <br /> of Public <br /> Works approved <br /> engineers estimate. <br /> $20 minimum <br /> Approval/Permit Extension <br /> The fee(s) for resubmittal of plans for approval extension and/or permit <br /> extension will be one-half (1/2) the applicable fees noted above. Extension fees do <br /> not apply to the 3%inspection fee. <br /> Inspection Fee Refund <br /> The 3% inspection fee is refundable, less $40-to cover permit close out costs, <br /> if no site activity has began. <br /> Section 2: Savings. <br /> Nothing contained herein shall be construed as abating any action now pending Under or by <br /> virtue of any ordinance of the City;or as discontinuing,abating, modifying or altering any fee, <br /> penalty accrued or to accrue, or as affecting the right or liability of any person, firm or <br /> corporation, or as waiving any right of the City under any ordinance or provision thereof in <br /> force at the time of passage of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3: Validity. <br /> Should any section, subsection„ paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or <br /> its application to any person or situation be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any <br /> reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance <br /> or its application to any other person or situation.
