Two pre-bid meetings will be held to discuss the project. Attendance of at least <br />one of the pre-bid meetings is mandatory for all prospective bidders. At this <br />meeting the items on the Agenda will be covered (see 1.5 AGENDA). The <br />meeting will also include a site walk. <br />B. Each Bidder must sign the sign-in sheet at the meeting. <br />C. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting is one of the supplemental responsibility criteria <br />under Supplemental Instructions to Bidders (Section 00 22 13). A Bid received <br />from a Bidder who did not attend one pre-bid meeting and sign the sign-in sheet <br />will be found not responsible and the bid will be rejected. <br />D. Bidders who attended one of the pre-bid meetings previously held for the project <br />in June 2025 and who signed the sign-in sheet will be found to have met the <br />pre-bid meeting attendance requirement and are not required to attend the pre- <br />bid meetings scheduled on 10/7/25 or 10/9/25. <br />1.2 DATE <br />A. Meeting 1 - 10:00 AM, Tuesday, 10/7/25 <br />B. Meeting 2 - 2:00 PM, Thursday, 10/9/25 <br />1.3 LOCATION <br />A. The meeting place will be at the site: 2200 W Marine View Drive, Everett, WA <br />98201. <br />1.4 TIME <br />A. On 10/7/25, the meeting/site visit will start promptly at 10:00 AM. <br />B. On 10/9/25, the meeting/site visit will start promptly at 2:00 PM.
