November 19, 2025 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2510-61 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE levying the regular property taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year <br />commencing January 1, 2026, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to <br />taxation thereon <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, that this is declared to <br />be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2510-61. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> AYES: Fosse, Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Ordinance 4125-25 adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - COUNCIL BILL 2510-60 <br /> <br />There were no members of the public who wished to speak. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to close the public <br />hearing for Council Bill 2510-60. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2510-60 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE appropriating the budget for the City of Everett for the year 2026 in the <br />amount of $943,828,973 <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, that this is declared to <br />be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2510-60.
