The computer must be securely mounted within the rack to prevent movement during truck <br />operations. <br />3. The system must incorporate shock-absorbing mechanisms to minimize the transmission of <br />vibrations and shocks to the control room. <br />4. Keyboard and mouse controls must have locking or securing mechanisms to ensure stability <br />during transport. <br />B. Minimum Computer requirements: <br />1. CPU. Intel Core i7-13700 minimum with: <br />a. Multi-core processing, 4 cores. <br />b. Simultaneous multithreading or hyperthreading, 2 threads per core, minimum. <br />2. Operating system: <br />a. Windows 11 Enterprise x64, which will be provided by the City of Everett as part of the City’s <br />Enterprise License agreement with Microsoft. <br />b. The computer must be allowed to join the City’s Window Active Directory Domain. <br />c. City staff will perform operating system setup and domain join. <br />3. Storage: <br />a. 1TB solid state M.2 drive for OS partition, minimum. <br />b. 8TB HDD for data partition, may be internal or external. <br />4. Graphics: discrete GPU, not integrated, meeting or exceeding the following: <br />a. Nvidia RTX 1060 or AMD R580. <br />b. 4GB minimum dedicated graphics memory. <br />5. System memory (RAM): 32GB. <br />6. Screen display: <br />a. Two (2) 24” diagonal flat panel displays with a resolution of 1080p or higher. <br />b. A minimum of two (2) video ports, including: <br />i. One (1) DisplayPort, minimum. <br />ii. One (1) HDMI port, minimum. <br />7. USB ports: at least four (4) rear USB ports with a combination of USB 2.0 (480Mbps) and USB 3.2. <br />8. Network ports: at least one (1) RJ45 wired port supporting 2.5GB Ethernet. <br />9. Wireless network: Wi-Fi 802.11ax compatibility, provided either via an expansion card or <br />integration into the system board. <br />10. Video capture device: compatible with Windows 11. The device must support real-time digital <br />recording in a suitable format, and it must be able to save recordings to either an external or <br />internal hard drive through the inspection software proposed.
