<br />Page 24 of 58 <br /> <br />13. Mount a first aid kits. <br />14. Install at least two (2) subdued fluorescent ceiling-mounted lights. <br />15. Install at least three (3) fluorescent lights. One (1) is mounted on the ceiling, and one (1) is <br />mounted on both the passenger and driver side walls. <br />16. Install non-slip solid rubber flooring, such as Lonseal® or Lonplate®. <br />17. Install two (2), 4-plug electrical boxes mounted near the operator’s station. One is located <br />underneath the console near the driver’s side wall, and the other is located underneath the <br />console at the other end. All electrical boxes must be GFI-protected. <br />B. Equipment room <br />1. Install a water pump for cleaning cameras that supplies up to 50 pounds of pressure. Two (2) <br />switches for this camera washdown must be installed. <br />2. Mount a minimum 12-volt, 300,000-candlepower hand-held spotlight on the driver's side wall of <br />the equipment room. The spotlight must be attached to a reel with a 50-foot extension cord. <br />3. Install a side-swing entry door with steps on the passenger side, leading into the control room. <br />The window must be heavily tinted and have an adjustable pull-down shade mounted on it. <br />4. Supply leveling jacks to level the vehicle in off-road conditions. <br />5. Ensure all wall and ceiling coverings must be laminated seamless and made of material that allows <br />easy cleaning and sanitation, such as Kemlite®. <br />6. Install storage shelves to cradle camera(s). <br />7. Mount a fire extinguisher. <br />8. Mount a first aid kit. <br />9. Install full-opening swing-type rear doors with no glass. <br />10. Install non-slip solid rubber flooring, such as Lonseal® or Lonplate®. <br />11. Install two (2) 2-plug electrical boxes on the driver's and passenger's side walls. All electrical boxes <br />must be GFI protected, and all box outlets must have spring-loaded covers. <br />12. Install a stainless steel washdown sink with a faucet. A 5-gallon on-demand hot water heater must <br />be installed and connected to the faucet only. <br />13. Install a stainless-steel workbench. <br />14. Install a sturdy steel six-drawer metal toolbox. The drawers must have roller-bearing type <br />hardware, and the unit will be lockable. <br />2.19 CHASSIS BOX <br />Below are the overall requirements for the equipment outside of the equipment room and control room <br />on the box of the chassis. <br />A. Mount two (2) locking sliding components outside the vehicle through the rear bumper for rod and <br />tool storage. <br />B. Install a crane to lift the camera and transporter in and out of the manhole. <br />EXHIBIT D
