16 <br />Section 7: <br />The City shall pay for the DOT medical examination at the current rate at the City’s designated <br />physician or facility. Any additional procedures that an employee may be referred to while <br />obtaining their DOT exam will be covered at the employee’s expense if not covered by the <br />employee’s medical insurance. <br /> <br />Section 8: <br />The City will provide Washington Paid Family Medical Leave for eligible employees, in <br />accordance with RCW 50A.04, at no cost to the employee. At any time, the City may determine <br />that an employees may be responsible for paying the employee’s share of the WPFML premium. <br />The City agrees to notify the union of this deduction 90 days prior to the start of the deduction and <br />will negotiate any impacts of such deduction. <br />
