Services include acting as Finance Director during recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and training of a new Finance Director, provide day to day support to the Finance team, provide professional expertise and recommendations to City Council and Administration on revenue initiatives and advise on city financial management practices, process and policies. This amendment extends the agreement through December 31, 2026 and increases the not to exceed amount. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No.1 with Mike Bailey for Interim Finance Director services in the amount of $95,000 with a completion date no later than December 31, 2026.
