<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. __________ <br /> <br />An Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled “Animal Shelter Fire Sprinkler Main <br />Distribution Repair”, Fund 342, Program 046, to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain City infrastructure. <br /> <br />B. The City Council recognizes that the Animal Shelter fire sprinkler distribution system is in need of <br />capital repair. <br /> <br />C. The City Council recognizes that these repairs are of a building life safety nature and are required <br />to maintain safe operation of the Animal Shelter. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 342, Program 046 and shall be <br />entitled “Animal Shelter Fire Sprinkler Main Distribution Repair” to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 342, <br />Program 046 for the special improvement project. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director, under the direction of the <br />Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and all necessary steps to <br />accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br />Section 4. The sum of $125,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 046, “Animal Shelter Fire <br />Sprinkler Main Distribution Repair” as follows: <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Fire Sprinkler Main Distribution Repair $125,000 <br />Total $125,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP-1 $125,000 <br />Total $125,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4132-25
