<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled “Casino Road & 5th Avenue W. <br />Pedestrian Safety Improvements” Fund 303, Program 117, as established by Ordinance No. 3718-19. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The special improvement project entitled “Casino Road & 5th Avenue W. Pedestrian Safety <br />Improvements” Fund 303, Program 117, was established to provide for identified improvements. <br /> <br />B. The project has been deferred to a future date and there are neither outstanding obligations to <br />be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. The special improvement project entitled “Casino Road & 5th Avenue W. Pedestrian Safety <br />Improvements” Fund 303, Program 117, as established by Ordinance No. 3718-19 be closed. <br /> <br />Section 2. The final expenses and revenues for the “Casino Road & 5th Avenue W. Pedestrian Safety <br />Improvements” Fund 303, Program 117 are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> A. Expense <br />Design and Construction $182,298 <br />Remaining Balance Transfer to Fund 119 72,474 <br /> Total Expenses $254,772 <br /> <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> City Safety – Federal Funds $104,772 <br /> Fund 119 – Street Improvements _ 150,000 <br /> Total Funds $254,772 <br /> <br />Section 3. There are no financial transactions remaining. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references. <br /> <br />4144-25
