5 <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />SCOPE AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br />2.1.The applicability of this Agreement shall be limited to the Port Gardner Storage <br />Facility Project. The Agreement will not obligate Employers performing work under <br />this Agreement, to become signatory to any national or local area-wide master <br />labor agreement. <br />parents, partners, subsidiaries or affiliates. <br />2.2.Except to the extent modified by this Agreement, the terms and conditions <br />does not apply to work performed under the National Cooling Tower Agreement, <br />the National Stack Agreement, the National Transit Division Agreement (NTD), <br />work within the jurisdiction of the International Union of Elevator Constructors, and <br />all instrument calibration and loop checking work performed under the terms of the <br />UA/IBEW Joint National agreement for Instrument and Control Systems <br />Technicians. <br />2.3.Work performed off-site, specifically and exclusively for the covered project shall <br />be compensated at rates not less than the prevailing wage for the applicable <br />classification in Snohomish County.
