<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ______________ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION Adopting the 2024 Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The previous 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan was approved by the Washington State <br />Department of Ecology on July 10, 2015. <br /> <br />B. The City has prepared a 2024 Comprehensive Sewer Plan in accordance with Department of <br />Ecology Guidelines. <br /> <br />C. The City Council finds that the 20240 Comprehensive Sewer Plan meets the needs of the City <br />and the State. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />1.
