ORDINANCE NO. 4148-25 <br />An ORDINANCE relating to closing a special improvement project entitled “Everett Smelter Drainage” <br />Fund 336, Program 028, amending Ordinance No. 4057-24. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A.The special improvement project entitled “Everett Smelter Drainage” Fund 336, Program 028, was <br />established to provide for identified improvements. <br />B.The purpose of the project has been accomplished and there are neither outstanding obligations <br />to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be received. <br />C.The budget transfer established by Ordinance No. 4057-24 needs to be amended to correct a <br />clerical error due to labor classifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 4057-24 which reads as follows: <br />The final expenses and revenues for the “Everett Smelter Drainage” Fund 336, Program 028 are <br />as follows: <br />A. Expense <br />Labor, Design, and Construction $1,389,139 <br />Remaining Balance Transfer to Fund 401 269,492 <br />Total Expenses $1,658,631 <br />B. Source of Funds <br />WA State Department of Ecology $1,388,631 <br />Fund 401 – Water/Sewer Utility Fund _ 270,000_ <br />Total Funds $ 1,658,631 <br />is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2. Section 2 of Ordinance 4057-24 is as amended as follows with strikeouts deleted and <br />underlining added:
