Driver and Staff Amenities <br />a. Training facilities: <br /> Two (2) 10-person classroom-style rooms with audiovisual requirements. <br /> Two (2) offices for training inspectors. <br />b. Driver amenities: <br /> Large break and lunchroom for 20–30 drivers. <br /> Locker room with secure lockers and shower facilities. <br /> Recovery room with two twin beds and quiet zone standards. <br /> Fitness and gym room with basic exercise equipment. <br />c. Admin/staff amenities: <br /> Lunchroom for administrative staff. <br /> Two (2) large conference rooms with a capacity for 20–25 people. <br /> One (1) small huddle and conference room for private calls or 1:1 meetings. <br />5. Sustainability and Future Growth Planning <br />a. Backup/Emergency generator system to maintain continuous operations. <br />b. Solar canopies over parking areas. <br />c. Microgrid design for energy cost management and resiliency. <br />d. Expansion capacity planning for: <br /> Advanced vehicle technology. <br /> Modular building options. <br />2.6 PROPOSED TIMELINE <br />The site assessment and feasibility must be completed by June 30, 2026, or sooner to allow adequate <br />time for subsequent grant-funded site engineering and design. <br />
