. <br /> street, alley or other public place within the city of r;verett, to <br /> any person, firm or corporation who has not paid the license tax as <br /> herein provided for. <br /> Section 4: If any person, firm or corporation fails to <br /> pay the license tax herein provided for, the city of Averett may <br /> bring suit to recover the same in the Superior Court of Snohomish <br /> County. <br /> Section 5: Any person, firm or corporation, who violates <br /> any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction, <br /> be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred (4100) dollars, <br /> or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period of thirty (30) days, <br /> or by both such fine and imprisonment, and each day that any parson, <br /> fins or corporation shall continue to violate or fail to comply with <br /> any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed and con- <br /> sidered a separate offense. <br /> ayo . <br /> Passed MAY 4 1915 <br /> Attest <br /> City Cler <br /> Published MAY 1915 <br />
