ORDINANC.t NO. liWJ <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 3C , for the <br /> improvement of the alley betweenWetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue <br /> from Hewitt Avenue to California Street, by grading to proper grade, <br /> paving with concrete, construction of complete drainage system, and <br /> other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1628 of the <br /> city of Averett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against <br /> the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, <br /> fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the sale <br /> of said bonds. <br /> THA CITY OP AVVR TT DOiiS ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 304, for the improvement of the alley <br /> between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to <br /> California Street, by grading to proper grade, paving with concrete, <br /> construction of complete drainage system, and other work in connection <br /> therewith under Ordinance No. 1628 of the city of Averett as the same <br /> now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- <br /> firmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land, and other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to <br /> be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged:againetthe same, and that the assessment appearing against <br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of <br /> the lots , tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on <br /> said roll in the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the Zdday of 1915 is hereby <br /> fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued <br />
