t <br /> s <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1643 <br /> An ordinance authorizing the city council of the city of <br /> Everett to purchase from School District No. 24 of Snohomish County <br /> that certain one-story frame building located at No. 2916 Everett <br /> Avenue, in the city of Everett, and authorizing said council to <br /> contract for the removal of the same. <br /> THA CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the city council of the city of Everett <br /> be, and it is hereby authorized to purchase from School District No. <br /> 24 of Snohomish County, that certain one-story frame building <br /> located at No. 2916 Everett Avenue, in the city of Everett, at a <br /> price of not to exceed one hundred (4100) dollars. <br /> Section 2: That said council be, and it is hereby authoriz- <br /> ed to advtertise for bide for the removal of said building to prop» <br /> erty owned by the city of Everett, located at the foot of Everett <br /> Avenue and near the approach to the Everett Avenue bridge, and to <br /> enter into a contract with the best bidder for the rremoval of said <br /> building.
