L • . <br /> f <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1641 <br /> An ordinance appropriating the sum of $10.00 from the Mis- <br /> cellaneous Fund, for the purpose of paying the outstanding warrants <br /> against Local Improvement District Fund No. 23, <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of 310.00 be and the same is here- <br /> by appropriated from the Miscellaneous Fund of the city of Everett <br /> for the purpose of paying the outstanding warrants against Local <br /> Improvement District Fund No. 23, and the Mayor and City Clerk be <br /> and they are hereby authorized and directed to issue to the City <br /> Treasurer a warrant on the Miscellaneous Fund in the sum of10.00 <br /> and the City Treasurer is hereby directed to pay said outstanding <br /> warrants against said Local Improvement District Fund. <br /> Section 2: An emergency is declared to exist, and this ord- <br /> inance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> r <br /> MAYOR7 <br /> MAR 2 1915 <br /> Passed <br /> Attest <br /> MAR ::" 191 5 <br /> Published <br />
