Further research of property history revealed grading <br /> and clearing activity had been performed to create new parking areas without required permits and <br /> approvals. Lawn and Landscape areas were converted to hard surface.Since that date, notices have <br /> been sent to the owner requiring abatement, but permits have still not been gained to address the <br /> clearing and grading activity nor creation of new parking areas.A recent inspection on 8/19, 2024 also <br /> revealed vehicles continue to park on the non-approved surfaces. <br /> Notice and Order Page 1 of 5 <br />
