ORDINANC NO. -1 619 <br /> An ordinance vacating that certain plat known as Yager's <br /> Addition to the city of jverett, Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> together with all the streets, alleys and public ways shown thereon. <br /> WHARLAS, a petition of more than two-thirds of the owners <br /> of the property in Yager's Addition to the city of Averett was duly <br /> filed with the city council of the city of Averett requesting that <br /> the plat of said addition and all streets, alleys and public ways <br /> thereon be vacated, and <br /> WHARAAS , the city council of the city of . verett by <br /> resolution duly adopted, fixed the 16th day of January, 1915, as the <br /> date for hearing on said petition, and <br /> WHARJ'A8, due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> hearing and determination of said petition was duly given by the <br /> city clerk of said city, as required by law, and <br /> WHARRAS, no person or persons appeared at said hearing <br /> or objected to the granting of said petition, and <br /> WH R AS, it appearing to said city council that said <br /> petition should be granted, and said council does hereby determine <br /> to vacate said. plat and all streets and alleys therein, <br /> NOW TH.
