lb- <br /> • .. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1637 <br /> An ordinance amending Section 12 of ordinance No. 1575, <br /> entitled "An ordinance fixing the salaries and compensation to be <br /> paid to the several officers of the city of Everett, and their <br /> assistants and employees of said city, repealing ordinances numbers <br /> 826, 1482, 1540 and 1542, and declaring an emergency", and declaring <br /> an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 12 of Ordinance No. 1575 of the <br /> city of Everett, passed February 24, 1914, published February 26, <br /> 1914, and entitled as above set forth, be, and the same is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 12: That from and after the first day of January, <br /> 1915, the salary and compensation to be paid to the following named <br /> officer of the city of Everett shall be as follows: Plumbing Inspect- <br /> or, one hundred twenty (*120.00) dollars per month. <br /> Section 2: WHEREAS, it is desirous that the above ordinan- <br /> ce take effect immediately, an emergency is declared to exist, and <br /> this ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> r. <br /> Passed <br /> FEB 2 1915 <br /> Attest LA <br /> Cit C erk. <br /> Published FEB 4 1915 <br />
