1 <br /> <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL PROJECT CONTRACT <br /> <br />This Amendment to Community Development Special Project Contract (“Amendment”) is <br />effective as of the date of last signature below, and is between the City of Everett, a Washington <br />municipal corporation (the “City”), and the Grantee identified below (“Grantee” or <br />“Contractor”). The City and Grantee are parties to the Community Development Special Project <br />Contract described below, as may have been previously amended ("Contract"). In consideration <br />of the covenants, terms and conditions set forth below, and for good and valuable consideration, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the City and Grantee agree to <br />amend the Contract as set forth below: <br />Grantee Everett July 4th Foundation <br />City Project <br />Manager <br />Chelsea Monroe <br />CMonroe@everettwa.gov <br />Original Contract <br />Date <br /> <br />11/19/2025 <br /> <br />AMENDMENTS <br />Completion Date is amended to 7/3/2026. <br /> <br />Maximum Reimbursement Amount is increased by $7500. Accordingly, Maximum <br />Reimbursement Amount is now $15,000. <br /> <br />Request for Reimbursement Deadline Date may be extended in writing by City Project <br />Manager. <br />Standard <br />Amendment <br />Provisions <br />Regardless of the date(s) on which this Amendment is signed by the <br />parties, and regardless of any Contract completion date(s) that may <br />have been in the Contract prior to this Amendment, the parties agree <br />that the Contract is deemed continuously in effect since the Original <br />Contract Date.
