City of Everett 00 72 00 - 59 00 72 00 - 59 GENERAL CONDITIONS 18.9 SUCCESSORS BOUND The grants, covenants, provisions and claims, rights, powers, privileges and liabilities contained in the Contract Documents shall be read and held as made by and with, and granted to and imposed upon, the Contractor and the Owner and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. 18.10 EFFECTIVE DATE When duly executed by both the Owner and Contractor, this Contract shall be effective as of the date the Contract (Section 00 52 13) is signed by the Mayor of the City of Everett. There is no contract formed until the Effective Date. 18.11 CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION Contractor represents and warrants it is a contractor duly registered and in good standing with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
