Payment for all Lump Sum Work shown or specified in Contract Documents is included in the Contract Price. Payment will be based on a percentage complete basis for each line item of the accepted Schedule of Values. B. Bidding Schedule is divided into bid items whose definitions follows: 1. Payment for Lump Sum Work, covers all Work specified or shown within the limits or Specification. 2. Payment for Unit Price Items, covers all the labor, materials, and services necessary to furnish and install the items.
