Attendance of the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory. At this meeting the items on the Agenda will be covered (see 1.5 AGENDA). The meeting will also include a site walk. B. Each Bidder must sign the sign-in sheet at the meeting. 1.2 DATE A. Meeting - 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 pm, October 27th, 2025 1.3 LOCATION A.
