<br /> <br />Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Scope of work: <br />Video production (filming, audio recording, editing, and post processing) for the 2026 <br />Wendt Awards including: <br />• Five (5) unique videos: four (4) of the Mayor's Arts Award recipients and one (1) of the <br />Wendt Award recipient. <br />• The average video length is between three (3) and five (5) minutes. <br />• The filming dates will occur at the end of February and in early March including one to <br />three (1 to 3) on-screen participants/voices per video. <br />• The city will coordinate the scheduling of video participants, appropriate location <br />shoots, collection of b-roll and/or additional footage, title and end slides, and lower <br />third graphics to be included in the final videos. <br />• Drafts for review should be provided to the city no later than April 3, 2026, and the final <br />shareable videos should be provided no later than April 15, 2026. <br />Payment: <br />Total payment $6,000. <br />• 50% ($3,000) will be paid after video shoots. <br />• 50% ($3,000) will be paid after videos are finished.
