The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person and <br />38 physically delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid Proposals, and <br />39 2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for receipt of <br />40 Bid Proposals, and <br />41 3. The revised or supplemented Bid Proposal (if any) is received by the Contracting <br />42 Agency before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals. <br />43 <br />44 If the Bidders request to withdraw, revise, or supplement its Bid Proposal is received <br />45 before the time set for receipt of Bid Proposals, the Contracting Agency will return the <br />46 unopened Proposal package to the Bidder. The Bidder must then submit the revised or <br />47 supplemented package in its entirety. If the Bidder does not submit a revised or <br />48 supplemented package, then its bid shall be considered withdrawn. <br />49
