Throughout the <br />13 work, the Contractor shall comply with the following requirements: <br />14 <br />15 1-07.5.OPT2.GR1 <br />16 (August 3, 2009) <br />17 Payment <br />18 All costs to comply with this special provision for the environmental commitments and <br />19 requirements are incidental to the contract and are the responsibility of the Contractor. <br />20 The Contractor shall include all related costs in the associated bid prices of the contract. <br />21 <br />22 1-07.7.GR1 <br />23 Load Limits <br />24 <br />25 1-07.7.INST1.GR1 <br />26 Section 1-07.7 is supplemented with the following: <br />27 <br />28 1-07.7.OPT6.GR1 <br />29 (March 13, 1995) <br />30 If the sources of materials provided by the Contractor necessitates hauling over roads <br />31 other than State Highways, the Contractor shall, at the Contractor’s expense, make all <br />32 arrangements for the use of the haul routes. <br />33 <br />34 1-07.8.GR1 <br />35 High-Visibility Apparel <br />36 <br />37 1-07.8.INST1.GR1 <br />38 The third and fourth paragraphs of Section 1-07.8 are revised to read <br />39 <br />40 1-07.8.OPT1.2026.GR1 <br />41 (November 4, 2024) <br />42 High-visibility garments shall always be the outermost garments worn in a manner to <br />43 ensure 360 degrees of uninterrupted background and retroreflective material encircling the <br />44 torso. <br />45 <br />46 High-visibility garments shall be labeled as, and in a condition compliant with the <br />47 ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 publication entitled American National Standard for High-Visibility <br />48 Safety Apparel and Accessories, or equivalent revisions. <br />49
