During daylight hours with clear visibility, workers shall wear a high-visibility <br />14 ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 or 3 garment with background material that <br />15 are fluorescent yellow-green, fluorescent orange-red, or fluorescent red in <br />16 color; and a high visibility hardhat that is white, yellow, yellow-green, orange, <br />17 or red in color; and <br />18 <br />19 2.
