As used in this Notice, and in the contract resulting from this solicitation, the Covered <br />13 Area is as designated herein. <br />14 <br />15 In accordance with 41 CFR § 60-4.3, the clauses contained in 1-15 below are required to <br />16 be included in this Contract. Nothing in this Contract alters the Contractors responsibility <br />17 to comply with all applicable Federal regulations, including but not limited to 41 CFR part <br />18 60 as currently existing or later amended. <br />19 <br />20 Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications <br />21 <br />22 1. As used in these specifications: <br />23 <br />24 a. Covered Area means the geographical area described in the solicitation from <br />25 which this contract resulted; <br />26 <br />27 b. Director means Director, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, <br />28 United States Department of Labor, or any person to whom the Director <br />29 delegates authority; <br />30 <br />31 c. Employer Identification Number means the Federal Social Security number <br />32 used on the Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return, U.S. Treasury Department <br />33 Form 941; <br />34 <br />35 d.
