Contractor and Subcontractor or Lower Tier Subcontractor Certification for Federal-aid <br />5 Projects (WSDOT Form 420-004). <br />6 <br />7 The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a completed Monthly Retainage Report <br />8 (WSDOT Form 272-065) within 15 calendar days after receipt of every monthly progress <br />9 payment until every subcontractor and lower tier subcontractors retainage has been <br />10 released. <br />11 <br />12 The Contractor’s records pertaining to the requirements of this Special Provision shall be <br />13 open to inspection or audit by representatives of the Contracting Agency during the life of <br />14 the contract and for a period of not less than three years after the date of acceptance of <br />15 the contract. The Contractor shall retain these records for that period.
