The EMC shall meet or exceed FCC CFR Part 15. <br />2 Transient voltages shall comply with ANSI C62.41 Cat. A. An integral surge protector shall <br />3 meet ANSI/IEEE C62.45, C62.41.2, IEC61000-4-2, and IEC 61000-4-4. Each luminaire shall <br />4 be provided with a standard 3 x 3 ANSI label indicating the wattage and the light source type <br />5 (LED), using black letters on a reflective white background. <br />6 <br />7 The finish shall be a fade and abrasion resistant, epoxy polyester powder coat with a light gray <br />8 color. All concrete signal poles, luminaires, and <br />36 other equipment not listed above shall be the property of the contractor and removed <br />37 from the project. <br />38 <br />39 The Contractor shall: <br />40 <br />41 Remove all wires for discontinued circuits from the conduit system. <br />42 <br />43 Remove elbow sections of abandoned conduit entering junction boxes. <br />44 <br />45 Abandoned conduit encountered during excavation shall be removed to the nearest <br />46 outlets or as directed by the Engineer. <br />47 <br />48 Remove foundations entirely, unless the Plans state otherwise. <br />49 <br />50 Backfill voids created by removal of foundations and junction boxes. Backfilling and <br />51 compaction shall be performed in accordance with Section 2-09.3(1)E. <br />52
