Where indicated, <br />3 the Contractor shall remove concrete pedestals to a minimum of 1 foot below finished <br />4 grade and backfill the hole to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Where an existing sign <br />5 post is located within a sidewalk area, the Contractor shall remove the post and finish <br />6 the area to make the sidewalk continuous.
