Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Provide general on-call real estate appraisal services fo the City of Everett real property <br />needs. Each appraisal shall be based on a flat fee rate agreed to prior to commencing <br />work. Payment shall be made following delivery of appraisal report. Vendor may opt to <br />charge at an hourly rate when appropriate and shall provide an estimate prior to <br />commencing such work. All appraisal services are not to exceed $50,000 in the <br />aggregate. <br /> <br /> <br />
