• ORDI1ANCA NO. M 7 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 302 , for the improvement of Hoyt Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Forty-first Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, cement walks , cement alley crossings, necessary sewers, sewer extensions, complete drainage system, paving, installation of fire hydrants, and other work in connection therewith, under ordinance No. 1600 of the city of Averett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. TT DO.r S ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 302, for the improvement of Hoyt Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Forty-first Street, by the removal of old lumber , grading to proper grade , construction of concret curbs, gutters , cement walks , cement alley crossings, necessary sewers, sewer extensions, complete drainage system, paving, installation of fire hydrants, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1600 as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land, and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by such improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessments appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land, and other property appearing on said roll the amounts finally charged against the same thereon.
