WILARiA3 , The city council of the city of Averett has , by resolution, appropriated the sum of Five Hundred Ten ($510.00) Doll- ars from the General Fund of the city of Averett, for the purpose of paying the cost and expense of Local Improvement District No. 304,and WHIRIAS , said action of the city council should be approv- ed and confirmed by ordinances NOW THL1 RuFORA, THA CITY OF AVARATT DOi S ORDAIN: Section 1: That the action of the city council of the city of Averett in appropriating the sum of Five Hundred Ten ($510.00) Dollars from the General Fund of said City, and directing that said sum be transferred to Local Improvement Fund District No. 304 , be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That the commissioner of Public Works shall at such times as he may deem necessary and desirable, report to the city council the amount due any person for labor or material per.- formed or furnished in Local Improvement District No. 304, and when approved by said council the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to deliver to such persons warrants on said Local Improve- ment Fund.
