b. For shared yards with up to five associated dwelling units, the required <br />shared yard must be a minimum of fifteen feet in any direction, no less than 300 <br />square feet in area. <br />c. For shared yards with six or more associated dwelling units, the required <br />shared yard(s) must be a minimum of twenty feet in any direction, no less than <br />10% of the lot in area. <br />c. Required shared yards may be located in a required landscaping area or <br />required setback area. <br />d.
