The employee and the Association will be notified when <br />the City resumes the investigation. <br /> <br />Compliance with this Section is required if findings are to be entered or <br />discipline is to be imposed. <br /> <br /> <br />8.1.1.9 After an investigation is completed, the member and the Association shall <br />be advised of the results of the investigation and any further action to be <br />taken on the incident and, in cases where discipline is contemplated, the <br />member’s right to a pre-disciplinary hearing prior to the imposition of <br />final discipline. <br /> <br />8.1.2 Within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the investigation, and at <br />least fourteen (14) days prior to a pre-disciplinary hearing, the employee <br />and the Association will be furnished with a complete copy of the City’s <br />investigation file, unless limited by law. The City and Association will <br />work collaboratively in scheduling the pre-disciplinary hearing for a <br />mutually agreeable time. <br /> <br />8.1.3 This article shall not apply to investigations of criminal conduct by the <br />member unless the City has informed the member that the member's <br />statements shall not be used in any criminal proceedings. <br /> <br />
