Retroactive payments will only <br />be issued back to the date Human Resources received the completed <br />documentation. <br />12.2 Calculation. <br /> <br />12.2.1 Longevity and college incentive pay will be calculated on the base pay of a First <br />Class Police Officer and added to the base pay of those positions contained in <br />Article 12.
