Employees hired after June 1 of any given year will receive one <br />floating holiday. <br /> <br />20.2.3 Employees who work on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas <br />Day, which constitutes a regular workday, shall be compensated at one and one- <br />half times the employee’s regular rate of pay.
