<br /> <br /> <br />EVERETT POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 35 <br /> <br />At the time of separation, payroll will review the utilization per the <br />payback schedule below: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />p <br />a <br />y <br />b <br /> <br />C <br />B <br /> <br />20.2.2 In addition to the foregoing, the two floating holidays will be available to be taken <br />as paid time off in the year they are accrued, subject to City concurrence. <br />Employees hired before June 1st of any given year will receive two floating <br />holidays. Employees hired after June 1 of any given year will receive one <br />floating holiday. <br /> <br />20.2.3 Employees who work on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas <br />Day, which constitutes a regular workday, shall be compensated at one and one- <br />half times the employee’s regular rate of pay.
