<br /> <br /> <br />EVERETT POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION <br />PAGE 48 <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE 30 - SEVERABILITY <br /> <br /> <br />30.1 Savings Clause. <br /> <br />30.1.1 If any provision of the Agreement should be rendered or declared invalid by any <br />court action or by any reason of any subsequent legislation, the remaining parts or <br />portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />30.1.2 Upon invalidation of any article or provision of this contract, either party may <br />require the other to enter into collective bargaining over the effects of such <br />judicial or legislative determination.
