Exhibit A (Scope of Work) General Assumptions • For budgeting purposes, the Consultant’s performance period is assumed to be approximately 3.25 years, from 10/1/2025 to 12/31/2028. • The City will designate the basic premises and criteria for the design. Reports and plans, to the extent feasible, will be developed in accordance with the latest edition and amendments as of the date of signing of this Agreement. Changes in any design standards or requirements after work has begun may result in extra work, necessitating an amendment to this contract. • Measurements will be in English units.
