Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />• Retaining Wall Plan and Details <br />• Traffic Control Plan <br />90% Specification Outline <br />Consultant design team will prepare 90% level specifications based upon the 90% <br />design using the WSDOT PSE Program (run-list with individual specifications files). <br />90% Opinion of Cost Estimate <br />Consultant design team will calculate 90% design level quantities and prepare an <br />opinion of construction costs based upon the 90% construction plans and current unit <br />bid prices. Consultant will address applicable 60% review comments and make <br />revisions as necessary. <br />90% QA/QC of Deliverables <br />An internal Consultant quality assurance/quality control review of deliverables will be <br />conducted prior to submittal to the City, as well as confirmation that comments received <br />have been addressed. A record of comments received will be maintained. Response to <br />each comment received will be tracked to confirm that they have been addressed. <br />Assumptions: <br />• 60% plan review comments from City staff will be consolidated by the City and <br />conflicting comments will be resolved by City staff prior to transmitting to <br />Consultant. <br />• Comment responses will be provided on the original comment document <br />provided by the City. <br />• Consultant will attend one (1) comment review meeting held virtually. <br />• Preparation of a basis of design or design report for the project is not included in <br />this scope of services. <br />• The City will provide the boilerplate specifications for Division 1. <br />• Specifications will be based on the current edition of the WSDOT Standard <br />Specifications at the time of 90% design development. Any specification edition <br />updates following the 90% submittal are not included in this scope of services. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Responses to 60% comments <br />• 90% design-level plans (PDF) <br />• 90% design-level opinion of cost summary (Excel) <br />• 90% design-level specifications (run-list and individual specifications files, Word)
