FLOCK GROUP INC. <br />AMENDMENT <br />Amendment Flock WA - Everett PD ), <br />Parties <br />1. Scope. This Amendment supersedes and amends the previously executed agreement between the Parties, dated <br />4/14/2025, relating to the provision of services by Flock to Customer and any schedules attached thereto or <br />Agreement <br />effect. <br />2. Conflict. In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement or any previous amendment, the terms <br />of this Amendment will prevail. <br />3. Capitalization. Any capitalized terms used in this Amendment will have the same meaning as in the Agreement, unless <br />expressly defined otherwise. <br />4. Effective Date. This Amendment Effective Date <br />The Agreement is amended as follows: Billing frequency shall be adjusted to align with the date of the last Dock 3 is installed and <br />validated.
