<br />Lenora Regional SW Facility Division P – Proposal Nov. 2025 <br />Work Order # UP3792 SP - lxvii <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. Measurements shall meet the requirements of <br />1-09.1. The unit cost shall be considered full payment for furnishing the tools, labor, equipment and <br />material required for removal and replacement of the existing irrigation system, sprinkler heads, and <br />lines in-kind within the area indicated on the plans. The Contractor shall be responsible for replacement <br />of portions of the irrigation system, sprinkler heads and lines outside of the areas shown on the plans <br />that are damaged during construction. The bid item also includes the costs for coordination with the <br />property owner for shutoff prior to the start of work on the property. <br /> Cement Conc. Curb & Gutter <br />Measurement and Payment: Linear Foot (LF) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit cost per linear foot shall be full payment <br />for furnishing the tools, labor, equipment, and materials including excavation below profile grade, fine <br />grading, compaction of the subgrade, as required to perform the work as specified. Additional shaping <br />work around drainage structures is considered incidental to the item Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter <br />and no additional payment will be made. <br />Final trimming and compaction of the excavation area baseline shall be considered incidental to curb <br />or curb and gutter construction. <br />Excavation below grade and leveling and compaction shall be considered incidental to curb or curb and <br />gutter construction. <br />Crushed surfacing base course behind the curb and gutter shall be considered incidental to curb or curb <br />and gutter construction. <br />Restoration of the roadway adjacent to the new concrete curb and concrete curb and gutter shall be <br />considered incidental to the project. <br /> Survey Monuments <br />Measurement and Payment: Each (EA) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1. The unit cost shall be full payment for all labor, <br />equipment and materials required to reference and reestablish the monument and reference points, <br />complete the work described in this section including completing all required documentation for such <br />work. Costs include furnishing, placing, and adjusting the monument frame and cover and includes the <br />excavating, round cardboard concrete form, concrete base, HDG pipe, backfilling and pavement <br />patching in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. <br />If the Contractor disturbs, removes, or destroys a survey monument(s) without preparation and <br />submittal of the proper paperwork to the Department of Natural Resources or due to negligence, the <br />Contractor shall replace the survey monument(s) at no cost to the Contracting Agency. If the Contractor <br />refuses to replace a survey monument(s), the Engineer may have the survey monument(s) replaced by <br />other means and subtract the cost from the monies due the Contractor. <br /> Cement Concrete Sidewalk or Driveway <br />Measurement and Payment: Square Yard (SY) <br />Measurements shall meet the requirements of 1-09.1.
