<br />Lenora Regional SW Facility Division P – Proposal Nov. 2025 <br />Work Order # UP3792 SP - lxx <br />Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />and lighting as shown on the electrical plans or described in the electrical specifications. The work <br />includes submittals, permits and inspections, and testing to verify proper working condition and includes <br />items not specifically listed, but that is needed to provide power and lighting. The work also includes <br />coordination with the City and electric utility purveyor and other items necessary for connecting power <br />to the site. <br /> Record Drawings (Minimum Bid $5,000.00) <br />Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS) <br />The lump sum bid for record drawings includes, but is not limited to all costs associated with work <br />completed in accordance with Section 1-08.11. Partial payments will be made for the lump sum <br />contract price for “Record Drawings” as follows: <br />When 50% of the total original contract amount is earned from other bid items, 50% of the <br />amount bid for record drawings will be paid <br />The final 50% of the lump sum item will be paid upon submittal and approval <br />Surveying required for preparing record drawings shall be paid under “Surveying” bid item. <br /> Apprentice Utilization Incentive/ <br />Measure and Payment: Lump Sum/Per Calculation <br />Provided for the purpose of providing a common proposal for all bidders.
