Pursuant <br />to said APR 12, you are advised as follows: <br />1. Agreement of the Parties. I understand the written agreement delivered to Rainier Title, LLC for closing contains <br />the basic terms and conditions of the transaction and all the parties to the transaction have agreed thereto in <br />writing. <br />2. Disclosure of the Parties. The scope of the service I am authorized to render to the parties pursuant to APR 12 <br />is limited to the selection, preparation and completion of documents in a form previously approved by the Limited <br />Practice Board created by said APR 12 for use in closing a loan, extension of credit, sale or other transfer of real <br />or personal property. The parties are further advised: <br />a) <br />b) <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br />I am not acting as the advocate or representative of either or any of the parties; <br />The following documents will be selected, prepared or completed by me and will affect the legal rights of the parties: <br />LPO approved forms as identified in the Purchase and Sale Agreement and/or Lender instructions. <br />The parties' interest in the documents may differ; <br />The parties have a right to be represented by lawyers of their own selection; and <br />I cannot give any legal advice as to the manner in which the documents may affect the parties. <br />3. Advice to Consult Counsel.
