Everett Transit and Facilities have <br />previously acquired professional services for architectural and engineering services to provide <br />design, permitting, and construction bid documents for the replacement of the HVAC building <br />controls and primary components of the HVAC system at the Everett Station. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Award the Construction Contract for the Everett Station HVAC and Controls Improvements to <br />Apex Mechanical LLC in the amount of $1,938,636.00. <br /> <br />
