• ORDINANCE NO. //102L An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 301, for the improvement of Lombard Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Thirtyseventh Street, by removal of cld lumber, sub-grading, construction of concrete curbs , gutters, cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt upon a suitable concrete base, installation of fire hydrants, and other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1587 of the city of .r;veTett, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds , and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF r,'Vr .ITT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 301, for the improvement of Lombard Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Thirtyseventh Street, by removal of old lumber, sub-grading, construction of concrete curbs , gutters, cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt upon a suitable concrete base, installation of fire hydrants , and other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1587 as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
